I came to US in F1 status and right now I am under OPT which would expire in like 2 weeks. After that I need to enroll in University. I filed my Green card 3 weeks ago(through my husband who is US citizen) and also got the date for my finger prints . I need to know
1> If I am eligible for instate tuition if I got into school.
2> If I choose not to go to school, whether or not I will be out of status.
3> As soon as I filled I 485, if my F1 status is automatically canceled.
Please give me the right response. Thanking you guys much.
