Can we get H1B stamping before October 1st?

Hello,

I am visiting India in the month of July and planning to come after October. I have heard many stories about getting a pink slip for submitting additional documents and have also heard that it takes 2-3 weeks to get their decisions.

I was wondering if it is possible to get the stamping done sometime before October so that even if they request me to provide additional documents I can submit them when I am there.

Please help me understand the process. Thank you in advance.
