DS-160 submitted now want to add more info

Hello to all and specially to kabkaba.
I have submitted ds160 for f1 application. I have shown my uncle in usa as my sponsor. I came across this information some where that if the sponsor in in home country it is better. Now I would like to add my brother as co-sponsor (who lives in home country) but I have already submitted ds160. Could I show the VO during interview a letter and bank statement from my brother that he intends to support me, would this be fine? (though I haven't taken appointment but to fill the new application is big risk of making mistake in some other part and further I got confirmation paper printed on color laser from professional shop, what a hassle, has some one applied with desk jet or inkjet printed confirmation page) .

It is better to be consistent in all your answers including source of funding throughout (I-20, DS-160 and interview).

You cannot add information after submission. You will need to submit a fresh form or not change anything.
