OPT question

I am international student who have recently graduated with a BA in Business Administration and got my OPT card in the USA. I am thinking about operating a kiosk in a mall and register a business under my name.

Is it possible?
What kind of business should it be (LLC, Sole proprietorship, etc.)?
Can I work at and own the kiosk at the same time?
If it all is possible, is it bad for future H1B or Green Card Obtaining?
