F-1 Visa entering America question
I'm international student. I have finished my high school in America, and now I'm going to become a college student at LA(I'm a 2013 spring term student and my class will begin at January 15, 2013). I have a question about my F-1 Visa. Because my I-20 and SEVIS transferred from the high school to the college, which means I'm going to have a new I-20 by the college. So, do I still need to stay with the 30 days rule? Can I back to America earlier like October?
