HI yes I am 20 years old with a valid f1 student visa planning to get married with a green card holder.
she is 17, and she is being in the US for a less than 2 years, she is about to turn 18 on november but within 2 weeks her mother is about
to get the citizenship and when she gets hers she is going to do a petition for her daughter so she can get her citizenship as well.
I am a f1 student visa holder.
her mother's last income was 27.000 year only 1 dependent (her daughter) she is divorced.
knowing that information what would be the most convenient step to do in order to get married with her and be able to do a petition for me??
