    my family is in usa and i am in india my father has filed a petetion for me under f2a and i turned 21 so it got changed to f2b......i want to apply for student visa is there any chance to get visa or rejection

        I thought F2 visas could only study kindergarten through high school. If you want to study in university you will need to be on your own F1 visa
