Hi..I have a question.
I started working for my previous employer on a f1 visa. He sponsored for my h1b. Since oct'2011 , I was working for my previous employer on an h1b .
Then on sept'2012, I lost my job and came to india. I had applied for an OPT extension in Sept'2011 also. I have an EAD card which shows the OPT extension.
Since I came to india, I did not get an h1b stamping.
Now my question is , how do I come back to USA??
Please help me out with any of your suggestions.. Thank you very much for your time.
