    TN Visa Under Lawyer Category - Need to be Called to US Bar?

    Greetings,

    I am a Canadian lawyer qualified to practice in the province of Ontario, Canada, and have practiced for over 5 years.

    My question: to qualify under the 'TN - Lawyer' category, must the applicant also be called to the bar/licensed to practice in the US as well?
