Definition of COLLEGE under NAFTA

Hi there. I am new, and maybe someone already asked this, but I didn't see it.

What is NAFTAs definition of college, when referring to the occupation list. I understand University professors, but I am an Instructor at a private career college in Canada. I have seen positions like mine at career colleges and extension/continuing education schools in the US. Do these count?
