I think it is better to file your I-130 plus the I-485 concurrently to get a green card. I am married and will file them along with the rest of the forms. Be prepared to get a ton of documents from different people.
Check if your insurance will cover immunizations and take pics at home if you are able. That saves a lot of money

Tn-1

the thing is we have been married for 1.5 years and last week she got a citizenship.
We are not sure where to live yet : in US or Canada.
Recently I got a good offer and to change my status from TN to EAD will take 90 days.
The question is can I go to the border and get a new TN with no problem.
We don't have any immigration intents. At this time my wife is studying in US and we have to stay in US for a while
