Hello,
I am a Database Architect by profession. I have a Masters in Electrical Engineering from a US university and used to work as a Database Developer in the US on H1B visa until 2009. Then I moved to Canada and now looking to return to US on TN.
The fact that I once had an H1B visa will that be an issue for TN?
The fact that I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and am applying for a TN in a Computer Systems related profession will that be an issue.
Can someone advice me on how to approach this situation.
