I have been on a TN VISA for a while now. There was an error on my I-94 last time I enter the US and my lawyers and I did not noticed it until recently. It shows that my I-94 was shortened 2 years as a clerical error.
I am going with my lawyers to a CBP office in an international airport to have them correct the date. I am a little nervous, my question is:
Do they have the authority to deport me if they do not make the correction?
Could somebody please advise?
