Hi, I got two concerns regarding getting a TN at the border that I hope someone can clear it up for me.
1) My sister in law just filed (a week ago) the application for an I-130 petition and I just got a job offer from US. Is that a risk for me (canadian citizen) and my wife (PR) to go for TN visa next month at the border? Is there a way to call back the application? Is it a risk in any way for my wife to get TD visa which she is on PR?
2) My job doesn't start until next month, Is it possible for us go get TN and TD visa now then go back to Canada, apply for current job resignation, and go back to US for good? I only ask, because if TN thing goes south, atleast I still got my current job with income flowing in.
