My wife is working on H1B and is going to leave her job and move as my dependent on TD visa. In the past she had TD visa which was valid from Jan 2013 to Oct 2015 and then she got H1b from Dec 2013 to Dec 2015.
Q - when she got H1b in Dec 2013, does her TD became null/ void?
Q - how to change status from h1b to TD. I read I need to file I-539. it that correct? do my employer need to file 1-129 along with I-539?
what other forms do I need to submit?
