Hello,
I went to work in the US under a L1A VISA on 2012. On March 2015 there was a layoff and lost my job (and my VISA)
I came to Mexico and applied for a E2 Treaty Investor VISA (June 15,2015) and was denied. (they wanted the business to be operating)
I applied for a B1/B2 VISA, went to the first appointment on July 22,2015 (@CAS / bio-metrics) and now I'm waiting for my interview at the Embassy (August 12,2015).
Yesterday, July 28, 2015, I received a Job Offer from a US Company, and I want to file a TN (NAFTA) VISA petition. Can I do it now, or should I wait until I receive an answer from my B1/B2 VISA interview?
Thanks,
