    H1 to TN to H1

    Hi,

    Someone has H1 which one uses for 6 years & by virtue of his Canadian Citizenship gets TN status for 1 yr, is it possible for the individual to obtain H1 status again upon completion of TN for 1 year.

    Can 1 year TN status make you eligible for additional 6 year span on H1?

    Can 2 year F1 status make you elegible for additional 6 year span on H1?

    Please let me know.
