new user here... hello every one Hope all is well
I am a Canadian Citizen working in the US.
I have a 2 year Diploma + 8 years work experience. 3 years in Canada and the rest in the US.
My TN visa is classified under Scientific Technician.
I have been told by my Contract Agency that I cannot make more then 29.00 US dollars an hour.
The only way I can do this is if I obtain a 4 year degree.
My question is, has anyone here run into such issues?
