    Need immidiate help!

    Hi,

    I filed I-485 and EAD for my son before he was 21, he graduated this year and got a job with EAD, but his I-485 was denied becuse of "age out", he is supposed not to be able use the EAD any more, right? He is going to apply for a TN at board soon, Would he get any problem because of "immigration intent"?

    Please answer the question, thanks a lot.
