Last July '07 my husband, daughter and I came to the U.S. on TN status. The company he worked for just went under and he was just laid off and no one in our family is making income here. We have a lease here and would like to stay until he can find another job in another state.
Wondering if anyone can give us some advice and tips for re-entering the the U.S. after the TN status expires.
