does Vancouver Airport custom process TN/TD visa

Dear there, my husband has TN already, and I am going to take international flight from Vancouver to New York (JFK), I am wondering whether or not I can apply my TD visa at the custom in YVR. Anyone has experience? Thanks.

Yes, they process TN visas at Vancouver. I've done it three times and it was a breeze each time.
