Hi,

I would like to know if we must file taxes in the US when we work as a consultant management for american clients (I'm already filing taxes claim in Canada).

Do you have an income ...

... in United States? If so, you need to file your tax returns. Now based on the treaty between Canada and US, you will be spared of double taxation.

Meaning, if you also filed your returns in Canada and paid taxes, you will need to show that in US and you will have to pay the remainder of taxes or none.

Check with your CPA in US.
