Hello,
If I am on L1A visa for 3 months now, and get a new job in USA :
1. Can I transfer to TN Visa ?
2. What is the procedure ? and time ?
3. What are the risks ?
4. If TN gets rejected, will L1A still be valid ?
5. If TN is approved, then what happens to L1A visa ?
6. I assume if L1A is not valid, then all dependents L2 visa is also null and void immediately. ?
7. Can you still apply for H1B later from TN visa ?
