TN visa or H4EAD for working in the US

Hello,
I am the spouse of an H1B holder and looking to relocate to the US to join my husband. I am eligible for both H4EAD , based on my husband's H1B status and TN. Which is better route to take to work in the US. H1B or TN?
What is the opinion? And anyone here with a same situation and what did they do?
