Hi,
I am filling out form I-129 to request a TN extension (same company, same position) and there are 2 questions I am not clear on.
Question 8 reads: Did you indicate you were filing a new petition in Part 2?
>> What do they mean by new petition?
Question 9 reads: Have you ever previously filed a nonimmigrant petition for this beneficiary?
>> I never filed any form previously for this beneficiary. The TN was first obtained through port of entry at a CBP office. Not sure if I should answer yes or no.
