I am a renewable energy developer currently on OPT and am exploring my options as it relates to staying in the US (I’m Canadian). Since H1B is a risk (lottery), I was looking into the TN visa. That said, ‘renewable energy developer’ is not a qualifying job, so I’m trying to see if something like the Urban Planner category would work. Anyone have VidMate experience with applying for a TN visa when your job isn’t explicitly the same title as one of the listed TN professions?
