TN visa from Employer in Canada

I want to go work in US on TN visa for few years. My current employer in Canada is ready to send me to US on TN visa. I don't want to take L1 route as it would take a long time. Will it cause any issue if my current 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 employer in canada and my prospective employer in US is same for TN application at US border?

No problem, having the same employer in Canada and the US is perfectly fine for a TN visa application at the border, as long as:

• Your role falls under a TN profession (https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the...-professionals)
• You meet the qualifications for that profession
