Returning to the USA on Sunday after being home in Canada.
I have my form I-797 that got approved for an extension for another three years at my current company and this is my first time using a form I-797 at the airport.
What exactly do I need to have on me? https://9apps.ooo/
Is it just your passport, I-797, and three most recent pay stubs?
Also, will they put a new Stamp in my passport for the TN renewal?
Lastly, I will be traveling outside North America next month and will be flying back directly into the USA. Will a I-797 suffice for re-entry to the USA since I will not be coming from a country that is Canada or Mexico?
