    Company A with H1 B and Company B with TN

    Hello Guys:

    Just one question - Company A just filed for my H1-b, and Company B want to bring me in on TN. I know you can have two H1-b's filed simultaneously from different employers, the question is that can I enter US on the TN request from Company B while I have an approved or pending H1b with a Company A..
