I am a web application developer looking to apply for a TN visa.
Unfortunately I do not have a degree, so it looks like my only chance is to weasel in as a management consultant or scientific technician.
Luckily, I do have a management consulting company that wants to hire me!
However, as the title states, my role would be improving business processes for their clients through custom internal software applications.
It seems to me that USCIS might seriously scrutinise me over this point and end up telling me that I have to apply (and get denied) as a sort of computer systems analyst or engineer or something.
What could I do to maximise my chances of having this visa granted? Any tips at all would be very, very appreciated.
Thank you.
