Switching from L1 to TN and two job offers.

I'm currently switching from L1B to TN visa with one company that offered me a new job. The TN visa was already approved and will take effect on March 12th. However, I have been approached by another company that offers me a job, and I was wondering what the implications would be of the first TN visa (already approved) not being used. Would only be voided and then the second company could apply on my name for a different TN? What legal implications could it bring to me or my record?
