Is transit visa req if US valid stamped visa is expirng in nxt 2 months - India 2 USA

I need to travel from India to US through London in June 2013 and my valid US Visa (H1B/H4) is getting expired in Aug 2013.
Do I need a transit visa or it's not required ?

It would be great if some one can guide me on this and provide me any official link on this info ...
