Transit Visa for Change of flight in London

Hi,
I am travellig to India for Visa stamping in next two days, I have an expired US Visa stamping. However I have an valid canada tourist Visa.

Now the UK Border agency website says that we don't need DATV if "a valid entry visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the USA, and a valid airline ticket for travel via the UK, as part of a journey to or from one of those countries;"
So will I be needing a transit visa.

I couldn't find any contact number to reach UK Border agency, I tried calling UK consulate in chicago but it is all automated system and couldn't reach a live person.
