my conditional green card expired in 2006, and I did not renew it. in 2012 i got lawyer and he filed my case and I got I-751 receipt notice. in notice clearly says I am able to travel, and my conditional green card is extended for one year. therefore I traveled for one month to abroad. right now i can not boarding . CBP refused to board me and they say I dont have LPR, but I contacted home land security, and they say you have legal status in the united states. my question is why two US organization dont accept each other, and why Home land security issued something which CBP does not accept it.
