I have a flight from New Delhi to Toronto (Canada) via Chicago airport arriving at 14.55 29th Dec’15 for 1hr 50 min only. I have L2 dependent VISA valid till 06/14/17, however the primary applicant (L1 VISA holder ) is not in USA. I have student Canadian Student VISA. Due to some misunderstanding, I thought transit VISA is not required if I have Canadian VISA. Only 6 days are left for my flight and it’s a holiday season. I am not left with any time for applying for USA transit VISA. Please let me know if my L2 will allow me to transit through usa for 1.5 hrs only without transit visa
