Transit Via req: Indian citizen, going to UK from the US through airport in Iceland

Hi,

My parents, who are Indian citizens, are travelling to Birmingham, UK from the US with a 2 hour layover in Keflavik airport, Iceland. They have valid visitors' visa for the UK. Do they need to have a transit visa for Iceland? If yes, can someone shere the link to apply?

I did same trip to Heathrow and it wasn't even mentioned, although I am UK citizen, but my wife and daughter who are US citizens, were using UK visa waiver program.
