To whom it may concern,

I am looking for information regarding a US Visa for the following situation:

I am a South African passport holder. I currently am in the States on an L1 visa. This will be cancelled when my contract with my current employer ends, sometime in April. My I-94 form is dated 31/12/2007.
I would like to go travelling for 3 months (exit the states) and then re-enter the States to catch my flight out of New York, for which my employer has paid.

My questions are:

1. Do I require a transit Visa for the re-entry back into the States?
2. If so, how can I go about applying for it?
3. I am quite pressed for time generally, so could you recommend any companies who could arrange the visa ie apply on my behalf, in Manhattan, New York
