Please Help-Do I Need A US Transit Visa ??

Hi there,

I am currently a Permanent Resident of Canada and am planning to travel to my homeland country in Africa. I will have to spend few hrs in a USA airport and was wondering if i need to apply fr the transit usa visa or no?
