Hey there
I'm hoping you can answer my question.
I am a British National Casino Dealer currently aboard a Holland America
Line cruise ship. I embarked on the ship in Copenhagen, Denmark in
August of 2006 and have already been to the United States as part of my
itinerary. I have an I-95 form. The World cruise started in Fort
Lauderdale on 15th Jan 2007 and arrives back in New York on 27th April
2007, it then goes to Fort Lauderdale on 30th April 2007 where I debark
the ship.
I wish to stay in the USA for about 3 weeks after I've debarked for
personal/pleasure reasons, ie, visiting friends, attending a dance
event, etc. Am I required to leave the USA and come back under the Visa
Waiver program or does my C1/D Visa allow me to debark and stay in the
USA for 29 days?
Obviously the reason I want to know is because I'm probably going to
have to fly to the Bahamas or Canada or somewhere before coming back to the USA and don't want to do this if I'm not required to.
Thanks in advance for any help,
