can you please help me on the 29 admittion into USA if you have a C1/D visa-
I have a gaugter that is working on a cruise liner out of Fort Lauderdale- will customs allow her to enter the USA for a max of 29 days???
We would like to join her onboard fr a cruise and then go on to Orlando and NY for 10 days::
we were told that customs will esourt her to the nearest harbour on the completion of her contract and then they must ensure that she leaves the USA within 24 hrs??
