Hey there,
I need to have one simple question answered, urgently! I am a New Zealand citizen, on a NZ passport, and I am currently in Canada on a tempory resident status, which expires on 20th April, however I got an extension of 3 months, (I came to Canada October 20th) I passed through Hawaii and was there for about 2 hours, and when I left USA i gave them the little slip saying I have not been there longer than 90days. But now I have to go home through Hawaii again before April 20th. DO I NEED A TRANSIT VISA? Or can I go back through on Visa Waiver Program?!?!?!
PLEASE respond ASAP, as the nearest US Embassy is in Vancouver. (I am in Terrace, BC)
