Presently i am a contractual staff working in Haiti . My Contract is for next 18 Months.
1. I had applied for a US tourist visa -(Sept-06) here in Haiti, but unfortunately i was denied stating the cause 214(b), I need to know what does that exactly mean? As the reason was stated in french and i could not understand it !!
2. I want to apply for tourist visa from india, Will i be eligible for that???
3.Can i apply for a transit visa from here(Haiti)??, or will there be any problem because of the 214(b)????
