Dear Sir/Madam,
I have looked through your site intensively and also the USA immigration site. I cannot seem to find a clear answer to a visa req't. I am hoping you can clarify this for me?
I have a friend coming from Argentina to Canada. She MAY have to land in the US for a connecting flight. I am trying to avoid this, but i am having difficulty finding a direct flight to Toronto. She already has a VALID canadian tourist visa. My question is "Does she need an "in transit" visa for catching a connecting flight through the US ?"
Will the Canadian visa suffice ? I believe the connecting flight is approx 3-4 hrs waiting time in the US .
