Hello,
I'm in US on J-1 now.
I would like to go to Canada after my J-1 expires (I will get visa for Canada, I need it). My flight to home (Ukraine) is from JFK and I cannot change it for Canada, so I need C-1 to go to JFK from Canada and then go to Ukraine.
The question is WHERE to apply for C-1 if I'm already in US?
If I were in Ukraine I'd go to embassy, but is it possible to make this C-1 visa here, in US?
