Hi,
I have a student with a Libyan Passport who needs to go to Calgary for a conference on Saturday 27th September.
He has a visa to allow him entry into Canada but we need to send him on a flight via Houston to keep the cost of the ticket down.
Does he need a transit visa on entry to US. He has no intention of leaving the airport, just needs to wait for around 6 hours to catch the connecting flight to Calgary.
