Touring on Transit Visa

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am Tran Quang Tuan, Upeace student. I got Transit Visa to U.S, I will travel to U.S through Los Angeles airport and continue to travel to the Philippines next month.

I just wanted to know if it is possible for me once I get L.A. and continue to travel to Florida for 4 days then come back to L.A. and travel to the Philippines?
