Transit Visa

Dear sir/madam

I am a citizen of india. I would be travelling from Mumbai to Caracus ( venezuealla ) via Paris or via Frankfurt. I will stay in the Airport during 4-6 hr.stop at the airport in Paris or Frankfurt. I will not be going out of the Airport.Do I need Airport transist visa?
