Hello!
My brother has a transit USA visa. He is traveling from Russia to Costa Rica and has a connection in States. Is it legal for him to stay in the USA for few nights (3-4) due to some medical condition (he has a psoriasis artritis and gets pain in his knees when he seats for a long time), and airline fares (it is cheaper to fly during weekdays)? Is it OK if he stays in my house under transit visa for few nights?
