I will be traveling to Bangalore from IAD, Dulles in Feb 2010 via Dubai and be back Mar 2010 via Dubai again. My Wife will be traveling via the same in Jan 2010 and back 2010.
We are waiting on 485 after completing our biometrics and we will be traveling on Advance Parole. The stop over at the Dubai airport is never more than 4 hours any time.
Would I need a transit visa? Whoever I talked to said that I do not need a transit visa, but I havent found any link on any site (government) saying the same.
Please advice. If you can post a link, that will be great as well.
