Hi,
I am currently located in US and i am travelling to India for my H1-B stamping. I have a layover in Paris for about 2 hours and then continue on to india. Do i need a transit visa? I do not have a valid visa stamp on my passport as i had to get a new passport from here. I hold an India passport but i have all the necessary documentation for my H1-B.
Also while coming back to the US i should hopefully have a H1-B stamped on my passport, and i have a layover in Amsterdam. So do i need a transit visa then?
